Sunshade net, also known as shading net, is a new type of protective covering material specifically designed for agriculture, fishing, animal husbandry, windproof, and soil covering.  

Moisturizing principle: After covering the sunshade net, due to its cooling and windproof effect, the communication speed between the covered area and the outside world is reduced, which significantly further increases the relative humidity of the air. At noon, the humidity increase is the highest, generally reaching 13-17%. With high humidity, soil evaporation decreases, increasing soil moisture.

The sunshade net is made of polyethylene, high-density polyethylene PE、 PB、PVC、 Recycled materials, brand new materials, and polyethylene propylene are used as raw materials, which are stabilized by ultraviolet radiation and treated with anti-oxidation agents. They have the characteristics of strong tensile strength, aging resistance, corrosion resistance, radiation resistance, and lightweight. Mainly used for the protective cultivation of vegetables, fragrant mushrooms, flowers, edible fungi, seedlings, medicinal herbs, ginseng, Ganoderma lucidum and other crops, as well as aquaculture and poultry farming, it has a significant effect on increasing yield.

1、 When covering the sunshade net, the management of the sunshade net should be strengthened according to weather changes and different stages of celery growth. Celery should be covered with a net all day before emergence, and after emergence, the net should be opened at both ends in the morning and evening to see light. When the sunlight is strong at noon, the net should be covered. It can be left uncovered all day in cloudy days, but the net must be covered in time before rainstorm.

2、 The width of the sunshade net can be freely cut and spliced. The cutting method is to use electric heating wire for high heat cutting, because the sunshade net can melt into a channel after high heat cutting, without loosening. The method of splicing is to use nylon thread on the sewing machine or sew by hand. Do not tie and tie with iron wire or aluminum wire to avoid mechanical breakage and affect the service life of the sunshade net.

3、 Floating surface covering, directly covering the shade net on the ground or plants, usually during sowing and after planting.

4、 Small arch canopy covering, covering the sunshade net on the arched support of the thin film small arch canopy, suitable for shading, cooling, ventilation in summer and autumn, or frost prevention at night in early spring. It can also be used for rain prevention in rainy season or insulation at night in winter and spring.

5、 Flat canopy cover, set up a 0.5-1.8 meter high flat or inclined bracket on the prepared canopy surface, and cover the sunshade net on the bracket for shade and rain protection.

6、 Greenhouse cover, which can be divided into single net cover, mesh combined cover, outer perimeter cover, and inner greenhouse cover. When single mesh and mesh are combined for coverage, the sides of the greenhouse are generally suspended about 1 meter above the ground and not covered. Covering around the perimeter of the shed, commonly used for insulation at night in early spring. Covered inside the greenhouse, usually not covered at a height of 1-1.5 meters from the ground.

7、 Covering each growth stage,

1. The main purpose of covering after sowing is to maintain soil moisture and prevent soil hardening after rainstorm. Prevent insects and birds from causing harm. The method is usually to cover it directly on the ground, but the net should be removed in a timely manner after emergence to avoid hindering the growth of seedlings.

2. Short term coverage after planting, one is to cover cabbage, cauliflower, Chinese cabbage, celery, lettuce, etc. planted in summer and autumn until they survive, covering them day and night, and directly covering the crops; Another method is to cover the eggplants, melons, and legumes planted in early spring at night to prevent frost.
